We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unaltered and in their original condition.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll email you with return instructions.
We offer free returns for items that arrive defective or incorrect. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our condition requirements.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@heiamcollective.com, including photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a free return if applicable.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a separate order for the replacement.
We insure all outbound orders while in transit.
If your package appears lost or has not arrived, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with opening a claim with the carrier.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, including porch theft or mis-delivery.
We recommend shipping to a secure and trusted address, and signature-required delivery may be used for higher-value orders.
