Heiam is the jewelry we wish we’d had growing up.
Founded by best friends Angie Heiba and Noha Amer, two first-generation Egyptian Americans and third-culture kids, Heiam is the intersection of heritage, identity, and intention. Growing up in the U.S. while spending summers in Egypt, we learned early that identity is layered—and so are the stories we carry. Heiam grew from the merging of all those influences: the cultures that shaped us, the memories that inspire us, and the love we want to carry forward.
Every piece is designed with meaning, honoring Middle Eastern motifs while embracing a modern, timeless aesthetic. We work in small batches, crafting in solid silver and gold, because we believe jewelry should last beyond trends—it should last a lifetime. The name Heiam merges our last names (HEI-ba + AM-er) and carries a deeper meaning: the most intense degree of love.
For us, jewelry isn’t just adornment—it’s a story, a heritage, a statement. It’s designed to be worn, remembered, and treasured.

All orders are shipped within the United States using trusted carriers. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email info@heiamcollective.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• The reason for your return
Once we review your request, we’ll email you with next steps and return instructions.
We offer free returns for any item that arrives defective or incorrect. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be unaltered and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

In the rare case that there is a defect in your order kindly contact us on info@heiamcollective.com to arrange a return and refund.
We insure all outbound orders while they are in transit.
If your package appears lost or has not arrived, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in opening a claim with the carrier.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, including porch theft or mis-delivery.
We recommend shipping to a trusted and secure address to avoid loss or theft of packages.
